This website, found under the www.flutterbyonline.co.uk URL, is operated by the unincorporated partnership trading as Flutterby and references to "we", "us" and "our" shall be deemed to be references to Flutterby. References to "you", and "your" shall be deemed to be references to the person placing an order via this website.

 

WEBSITE CONDITIONS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY

These Terms and Conditions incorporate the Conditions of use and privacy policy that all users of this website are deemed to have read and understood.

 

PLACING AN ORDER

By placing an order with us you are deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions. By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Flutterby to purchase the goods detailed in your order on these terms and conditions.  A contract between you and Flutterby for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted and payment taken. Your credit/debit card will be authorised when the order is placed and payment will be taken shortly thereafter if authorisation is successful. This does not affect your statutory rights. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.  A delivery charge will be added to your order value, where appropriate; please see the relevant section of the website for details.

We aim to display most items in our current range through this website.  Whilst a product is active on the site, we try to accurately reflect physical stock levels but occasionally mistakes can occur.  We will contact you without delay if we are unable to fulfil your order. 

 

DELIVERY

We aim to despatch orders received and accepted before 4pm Monday to Friday on the following working day, unless we advise you otherwise at the time of ordering.  Orders received after this time will be despatched as soon as possible. UK orders are sent using Royal Mail "Signed For" or equivalent service with expected delivery within 3-5 working days from despatch (longer for non-mainland UK).  For deliveries to the rest of Europe, orders are sent using Royal Mail "International Signed For".  For deliveries outside Europe, please contact us for details of shipping options.  Free delivery applies to individual orders within mainland UK only, is subject to availability and will follow our standard delivery service.

All delivery dates are estimated and may be subject to change. We accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) arising from delivery at any time other than the estimated one. 

 

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You may cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch.  If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

 

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have chosen, you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt. We will offer you an exchange or, if you prefer, a refund, provided that the product(s) are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, with any security tags still attached and in the original packaging. If a product is faulty on receipt, please notify us as soon as possible and within 2 working days in any event. For all returns, you are required to arrange and pay for the return of the product(s) to us. We will refund the costs of carriage up to a maximum of £5 where the item is confirmed by us to be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect. If you need to return an order, please contact us first with details of why you want to return the product(s) and whether you seek an exchange or refund (if applicable). Once we have agreed to the request, please pack the product(s) carefully in a jiffy bag, enclosing the packing slip we sent to you in your order and send everything back to us at: Flutterby, Grove Place, North Road, Goudhurst, Kent TN17 1JN. When returning items we recommend the use of the Royal Mail "Signed For" service or similar and to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

 

PAYMENT AND TAXES

We accept online payment in a secure environment by debit/credit card. We currently accept Visa, Visa Delta/Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard debit/credit, UK Maestro & Solo. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£). All prices on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.  Any customs or import duties levied are your sole responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

 

CONFORMITY OF GOODS

We take every care to ensure that our products conform to the specifications on this website. However, images and descriptions are intended only to give a general impression. In particular, we cannot guarantee the colour reproduction of images on this website will match the colour of  the actual product. We cannot accept any responsibility for colour variations caused by browser software or computer systems.
