Above all, we want you to love your Flutterby Jewellery. But if something goes wrong, here is the legal bumpf that tells you how we handle it.
If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have chosen, you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt. We will offer you an exchange or, if you prefer, a refund, provided that the product(s) are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, with any security tags still attached and in the original packaging. If a product is faulty on receipt, please notify us as soon as possible and within 2 working days in any event.
For all returns, you are required to arrange and pay for the return of the product(s) to us. We will refund the costs of carriage up to a maximum of £5 where the item is confirmed by us to be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect. If you need to return an order, please contact us first with details of why you want to return the product(s) and whether you seek an exchange or refund (if applicable).
Once we have approved the request, please pack the product(s) carefully in a jiffy bag, ensuring they are complete, in perfect condition, unused, with any security tags still attached and in the original Flutterby packaging. Then indicate which product(s) you are returning on the packing slip, enclose this form and send everything back to us at: Flutterby, Grove Place, North Road, Goudhurst, Kent TN17 1JN. When returning items we recommend the use of the Royal Mail "Signed For" service or similar and to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
