Delivery information

Free postage applies only to orders placed on flutterbyonline.co.uk before 15th December 2011 and applies to our standard delivery service.

Free delivery applies to individual orders within mainland UK only, is subject to availability and will follow our standard delivery service.

For deliveries outside Europe, we will provide details of shipping options when confirming your order.

We aim to despatch orders received and accepted before 4pm Monday to Friday on the following working day, unless we advise you otherwise at the time of ordering. . 

Orders received after this time will be despatched as soon as possible.

Mainland UK orders are sent using Royal Mail "Signed For" or equivalent service.  

For deliveries to the rest of Europe, orders are sent using Royal Mail "International Signed For".

All delivery dates are estimated and may be subject to change. We are unable to accept any liability for loss or damage arising from delivery at any time other than the estimated one.
